Hayley used the students' Roger Fm systems whilst working in the Facility. I talked through some instruments I use to troubleshoot problems with hearing technologies. Hayley has had the opportunity to work with both a Roger pen and a Roger touchscreen as well as work with students with both hearing aids and cochlears.

Hayley used the planning documents and templates provided by her professional learning which involved facets of deaf education including speech sounds, Ling 7 assessments and the necessary adjustments that needed to be made for each student such as students with more than one disability or need such as vision impairment or Cerebral Palsey. Hayley demonstrates an open professionalism with all staff across the three Deaf Facilities as well as our student's classroom teachers. She was involved in the team weekly PLC meeting.
It was a pleasure to have Hayley in the Deaf Facility. She brings a wealth of knowledge from her own teaching experiences that adds to her growing knowledge of Deaf Education. She has a lovely way of interacting with our students that builds connection and trust very quickly.
