Sandra applied theoretical knowledge to teaching practice. She was able to access files and was well informed of the various documentation available. Sandra was able to interpret the child's data and this was reflected in her understanding and goal setting of the child's language and Auslan levels. She familiarised herself with children and their needs and effectively supported them in class and engaged in meaningful learning activities.
Sandra adapted her mode of communication to suit individual and modified programs where needed.
Sandra establishes an excellent working relationship with colleagues and works collaboratively to develop goals and lesson plans.
