Leigh-Anne is very active in seeking information and sharing information as a professional teacher. In her observations of her lessons she was able to identify areas for adjustments and this informed subsequent lessons taught. Leigh-Anne presented to staff as part of our Professional Development Evening at School bringing new knowledge to our staff while also participating in and contributing to activities presented by other staff members.
Leigh-Anne showed during her prac that she is a competent and professional teacher. She is well able to use data to inform classroom activities. She develops good relationships with students in her classroom and shows a strong ability for effective classroom management. Leigh-Anne has shown to be a flexible staff member and works well within a team. In her short time at RTHS has had a positive impact on the Hearing Support Units' culture.
