Amy was sensitive to the individual needs of each student and following assessment, developed high quality SMART goals appropriately to each student's individual session. Amy was able to demonstrate to the supervising teacher the pragmatics behind each SMART goal and link Theory of Mind accordingly. Amy made provisions for students with special needs and successfully redirect student resistance so they were able to complete set tasks in a safe and supportive environment.

Amy was efficient in ensuring that the class teacher enabled captioning for the Hard of Hearing child and his peers. This resulted in a more engaged audience as their fascination with the captions was evident. Amy's knowledge and understanding of Wireless Communication Devices is outstanding and she was able to demonstrate checking processes of assistive technology to ensure optimal listening conditions were met.

Amy's demonstration of SMART goals was of high quality and this showed in her digital lesson with AD. She was able to determine the student's level of achievement and put SMART goals in place to ensure challenges were met in a safe and supportive environment. Amy was instrumental in ascertaining appropriate Theory of Mind practices were included such as discussions with the students regarding linking real life experiences to content taught in sessions.
Amy has worked in this field for a period of three years and from my supervision of Amy during her practicum, she demonstrated an 'Above Graduate' level in all areas of her teaching. Amy was very well organised in her lesson preparation and genuinely showed interest in our field of speciality. Amy demonstrated high order self reflection and used metacognitive Theory of Mind processes in student lessons as well as questions to the Supervising Teacher about the challenges we face in our chosen field. Amy was open and receptive to suggestions and provided great advice for classroom teachers about assistive technology and learning adjustments. Amy was able to plan and modify different learning styles to accommodate the individual needs of each student and gain the respect of those that work with her.
Do you consider that the Student is at risk of failing to achieve “Graduate level” by the end of their overall Practicum experience? No
