Osanne showed a lot of initiative throughout her practicum experience. She was able to independently identify learning opportunities and pursue these. She responded well to feed back and was observed implementing suggestions and strategies in future teaching opportunities.
Although this was clearly a new teaching experience for her she was willing to give anything a go and reflect back on success and failures and develop strategies to better manage them in future.
