She willingly listened to feedback and reflected on her own practice and implemented changes to improve her current practice. Lauren has shown herself to be knowledgable and highly skilled while working with students across a wide range of settings and individual abilities. She was responsive to each student as an individual and thought about what their needs were and what would engage them. The students all appeared very happy when working with her.
